Managing Member

Mike Popovich

Mike is an engineer and graduate from the United States Air Force Academy. As a construction management engineer, Mike
managed Air Force construction projects that spanned three continents. Mike has been self-employed for the past twenty
years, creating several successful companies from the ground up. For the past three years, Mike has successfully built and
managed three previous self-storage projects for Legacy Storage.

Managing Member

Tristan Garber

Tristan has over 10 years of experience in commercial construction and self-storage facilities. At the age of 27, Tristan
successfully built, managed, and sold his first self-storage project. Tristan has been involved in the construction and
management of seven previous self-storage projects. Tristan also developed proprietary data for identifying properties for
storage facilities and leads the real estate purchasing of projects.

Leon Holding Company LLC / Nathan Garber

Nathan has over 35 years’ experience in commercial construction and self-storage facilities. Growing up Amish, Nathan
learned the value of hard work ethic, and quality craftsmanship early on. His team builds self-storage facilities in the shortest
time possible to minimize costs and maximize profit.

Facility Management Partner

Heritage Services / Cricket Herron

Cricket and her team have 15+ years of customer service experience.

Having worked in sales and management in multiple industries, she brings a wealth of experience combined with excellent organizational skills to meet all of our customers needs.She handles all day to day operations from day one of each facility being open and ensures everything is running smoothly and efficiently.
